I am an individual just like you and I have seen many websites on the internet. In particular I have been researching and studying the different methods of Meditation Magic since I began to have that awareness that meditation is a very resourceful act to perform in your life.
Through my studies and research, I have found that there is a way to position yourself in order to meditate like a Zen Monk. What I found out is that with the use of brainwave technology, this can greatly enhance your meditation experience.
Specifically a binaural beats type of meditation is the way to go if you are looking to get results from your meditation sessions. With binaural beats, you have what is called two different tones in your ear.
